REAT Medspa Refund & Cancellation Policy

At TREAT Medspa, we value your time and our team’s dedication to providing an elevated experience. Please review our policy before booking or purchasing any treatment or package.

Appointment Cancellations

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Same-day cancellations or those made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a $50 fee.

  • To modify or cancel your appointment, please call 646-289-2580 or email hello@treatmedspa.com.

Treatment & Package Cancellations

  • Full refunds are available if canceled within 72 hours of purchase.

  • After 72 hours, a 20% cancellation fee will apply.

  • Clients may also choose to transfer the full value of their purchase toward another package or treatment with no fee.

No-Shows

Clients who miss an appointment without prior notice will be charged a $50 no-show fee.

Additional Notes

All sales on retail products, gift cards are final. 

Services Rendered

Please note that we do not offer refunds on services that have already been rendered, as time and resources have been allocated specifically to your treatment.
